Goo Hye Sun picks up award at Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia 2010

Goo Hye Sun is an actress/ singer under agency YG entertainment. She's also writing a novel and doing so many kinds of activities, she's known to be talented entertainer who always tries to do something new.

Recently at Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia 2010, event where all short film maker in Asia show off their talent. She has picked up an award for her short feature film, The Madonna (aka The Cheerful Caretaker). Personally, I'm really impressed of her, despite her main profession as entertainer she even be able to get the award. Congratulations~

The film festival already in its 12th year, had invited Goo Hye Sun to screen her movie and it was revealed that it had received the Spotlight Award which is given to the creator or artist whose short film inspired a wide audience and received widespread public attention.

She tweeted on June 13th with a picture of her and the trophy




“Everyone had a hard time making the movie. Everyone gather, dinner is on me.”

The film had previously obtained the Audience Award at the Pusan Asian Short Film Festival 2009 whilst also participating at Asiana International Short Film Festival 2009 and Puchon International Fantastic Film Festival 2009.
